Privacy notice
This notice covers talykon.com and its forms. Use of the Quoto, Botnado and Lampo platforms is also subject to the notices and agreements applicable to each service.
01 · Data controller
The controller is OMNIA PROGETTI SRL, which operates the Talykon brand, at Via Ottava Strada Poggilupi 71, 52028 Terranuova Bracciolini (AR), Italy. VAT and tax number: 02453010510. Privacy contact: info@talykon.com.
02 · Contacts, demos and workday audit
Demo and contact forms collect name, email, company and, when provided, role, area of interest, team size and message. An audit follow-up also sends your answers and analysis summary. We use these details to respond and assess your request, on the basis of pre-contractual measures requested by you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Enquiries are recorded in the Lovable Cloud archive and forwarded through Formspree. Required fields are necessary to handle your request. The audit and its PDF are processed in your browser; the summary is only transmitted when you submit the contact form.
03 · SIMEST project assessment
The form collects name, company, email, optional phone and VAT number, revenue range, export share, automation areas and project description. We use these to assess the project and contact you, as pre-contractual measures requested by you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
The enquiry is emailed to Simon Zerella at simon.zerella@talykon.com through Resend and Lovable's connection infrastructure. The form does not submit an application to SIMEST or automatically send data to SIMEST. Calculator inputs remain in your browser and are not automatically included in the enquiry.
04 · Quoto feedback questionnaire
We collect question answers, the stated reason, optional suggestions and tasks to automate; company and email are optional. Feedback analysis and service improvement are based on consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent by contacting us, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Submitted answers are stored in Lovable Cloud and summarised via Resend to simon.zerella@talykon.com. They are not used for unsolicited sales contact. Email links can include the question and selected answer in the page address: avoid sharing links containing personal details.
05 · Browsing, security and local storage
Hosting and external services may process technical information such as IP addresses, HTTP requests and browser details to operate and secure the site. Contact and feedback forms may record IP addresses to prevent abuse; contact forms check request frequency and duplicates. These checks are based on our legitimate interest in security (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
The questionnaire uses browser local storage under talykon-fbq-answers to retain selections between visits. A draft expires after 24 hours and is removed on the next visit, or immediately after successful submission or when you choose to start over. This is not an advertising cookie. You can also clear it in your browser settings.
No Google Ads tags or Meta pixels have been identified in the application code. This does not certify the absence of all processing by hosting or external services. Any future non-essential tools requiring consent must be blocked until you make a choice.
06 · External services and recipients
The site loads Google Fonts and the Botnado widget, so your browser contacts Google and Botnado services, including services hosted on Railway. Loading these resources may disclose technical data to those providers. If you use the chat, your messages are processed to answer you: do not include sensitive data, credentials or unnecessary confidential information.
We use Lovable Cloud, Formspree and Resend for hosting, storage, notifications and enquiry handling according to their respective functions. Authorised staff and involved providers can access the data; it is not intended for public disclosure or sale. It would be inaccurate to state that no data is shared with third parties.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area require a GDPR safeguard, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about recipients, processing locations and applicable safeguards.
07 · Retention
The retention criterion is the time needed to handle your request or analyse feedback, taking account of any contractual relationship, legal obligations and the protection of rights. Technical data should be kept for the period needed for security and operation. You may request information about the periods applicable to your case and deletion of data no longer needed.
The 24-hour expiry applies only to the draft in your browser, not submitted answers, summary emails or backups. Clearing local storage does not delete an enquiry already sent.
08 · Your rights
Where GDPR Articles 15–22 apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@talykon.com with your request; we normally reply within one month, subject to extensions allowed by the GDPR.
You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your competent supervisory authority. The site's forms and calculator do not make automated decisions with legal effects on financing approval. Avoid entering special categories of personal data in free-text fields.
