What if we work from drawings, with no catalogue?

For contract machine shops quoting from drawings there is Quoto Calibro, the Quoto module that reads the PDF drawing and the STEP model and sets up the routing with the shop's parameters: talykon.com/en/calibro.

What is automated quoting software?

It is software that builds quotes for you from your price list, commercial rules and the customer request, and produces the final document (usually a PDF). Quoto by Talykon can also start from customer emails.

Can I automate quotes from Excel?

Yes. Import your price list from Excel or CSV into Quoto and prices are picked up automatically in every quote, with no copying.

Do we need to change ERP?

No. Quoto can work alongside your current tools and export structured CSV or Excel data. We also assess your chosen ERP and, based on its technical capabilities, scope a tailored connection to the Quoto workflow.

Do quotes get sent automatically?

No. Quoto prepares the draft, but it is sent only after a person on your team approves it.
